Simon Bisset
Simon is a director and the founder of TopWater Limited. He is a chartered engineer with over 30 years experience, mostly in the water industry.
Simon graduated in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London, in 1986. He worked for two years for Rock and Alluvium Ltd before moving to Sefton MBC where he remained until 2002, working mostly in the drainage department. Simon's work encompassed land and highway drainage as well as both capital and revenue works for the sewerage agency. Simon joined Atkins in 2002 and specialised in InfoWorks modelling, leading the modellers' team in the Warrington office. In late 2006 he became an independent contractor and established TopWater Limited in 2007. Since then his work has been in contributing to the design of water and wastewater treatment plant from a hydraulic perspective, wielding a significant influence on the choice and layout of process units in addition to preparing detailed hydraulic profiles. He has also worked with local authorities in the preparation of Surface Water Management Plans.
Mandy Bisset
Mandy joined TopWater Limited as a director in the summer of 2007. She works primarily behind the scenes approving company strategies. Her background is in Education, Pre-school groups and in running a Foster Care enterprise. Mandy now also manages a retreat centre in North Wales.
