WELCOME TO TOPWATER LIMITED
TopWater is a Civil Engineering consultancy operating typically in the North West of England and North Wales. The company was established in 2007.
Our focus is in the water environment. We have a background in the hydraulic modelling of collection networks and water and wastewater treatment plant. More recently the focus has moved to Flood Risk Management, Flood Risk assessment (FRA), Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) etc.
We also provide advice on civil engineering layouts and an independent pile testing service.
Our logo shows a typical 'top water level' symbol - a triangle pointing to the line representing the surface and two shorter lines below the surface. But the water line is curving up into a wave, denoting the fluid nature of water and the flexible nature of the company.
